We use a timber terrazzo product that is just amazing. It is so tactile to touch you just want to stroke it. It is real chunks of wood set in a resin that is spread by hand over a sheet of plywood. It is then sanded back to be silk smooth. It is made from trees felled and in Britain and hand finished in Britain.

That is not the best thing about it though.

But here's the best part: our timber terrazzo is not only great to look at and touch, but it's also environmentally conscious. It's made from waste wood sourced from various projects, such as city maintenance, sawmills, and building sites. We believe in giving new life to materials that would otherwise go to waste, reducing our impact on the environment.

The binders used in our timber terrazzo also contribute to its eco-friendliness. They are derived from waste products of cement and plaster foundries, further minimizing waste and promoting sustainability. Rest assured, our binders are non-toxic, formaldehyde-free, and water-based, making them fully food safe.

Hey, we get it - sometimes things just don't work out, and that's totally okay! We want you to be over the moon with your May & May purchase, but if for any reason you're not, don't sweat it - we've got you covered with our hassle-free returns process.

Eligibility for Returns:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us to notify us of your intent to return the item. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
2. We'll take care of the rest and guide you through the return process. Easy-peasy, lemon squeezy!

Return Shipping:

• You'll need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.
• Don't forget, any loss or damage that occurs during return shipping is on you, so keep that item safe and sound!

Refunds:

• Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Give us a few days to process the refund and for it to show up in your account.

Exchanges:

• If you want to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us to discuss the exchange process.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If we don't have what you're looking for, we'll process it as a return and issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your items arrive damaged or defective, let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item.
• We may ask for photos or additional information to assess the damage or defect.

How to look after me.

Don’t worry, I am not a sensitive soul so you don’t have to wrap me in cotton wool, but there are a few things to consider.

Don’t drown me is water or put me in a dishwasher. I will die!

If you need to clean me just brush me down and give me a wipe with s damp cloth.

Over time I will show signs of wear and tear but lets call that “maturing” as I get older. A few bumps and scrapes are just evidence of our time making coffee together.

I am made of natural materials, that will age and mature along with you. If you don’t mention my bumps, I wont mention your grey hair.
